It’s time to chat! We will call you during the agreed upon consultation time to discuss all the details of your day. Providing as many details as possible about your floral needs will help us provide you with the most accurate quote possible.

After our talk, we will send you a quote outlining the price estimates for all the pieces needed for your day, delivery to your location(s), set up and break down (if requested).

After reviewing this proposal, you might like to book a follow-up to ask questions or make changes. From here you are welcome to put down the deposit to secure your date with Westbriar!

Two months before your date, we will contact you to see if there were any additional changes that you would like to make to your wedding florals. From here we will provide your final invoice and confirm payment.

Two weeks before your date, we will contact you to finalize any delivery and set-up details. We will also confirm which day-of contact you would like us to coordinate with (whether a planner, friend or family member) so you can be in the moment and enjoy your day.
